WRTC Alumni Site
In the Fall 2010 semester I completed an internship as a Web Developer for the Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication department at James Madison University. During the internship I worked with a partner to redesign the current website and and expand its functionality to include a bbPress forum.
Cobbs Mountain Farm
Cobbs Mountain Farm is a small, 25-acre equestrian farm located in Bedford, Virginia, and offers horse boarding, riding lessons and clinics. This is a more static site than the others, written in HTML and CSS.

Colors on Parade
Colors on Parade is a mobile autobody, paint, and paint-free dent repair company that operates across Southern Virginia and into parts of West Virginia. Working with a partner, I developed a customer testimonial section, and a system that allows customers to access the site and enter their service information to receive a coupon.

Education
I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication with a concentration in Online Publications. I have taken courses in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Proposal Writing, Interpersonal Communication, and Document Design.
Life
I currently live and work on “Virginia’s Long Island” otherwise known as NoVa, otherwise know as the DC Metro Area. I am a Jr. Platform Manager at AOL, where I work with tools behind the scene to continually improve the customer experience. I have a cat named Bean and I’m in love with motorsports. I spend my free time in the garage breathing life back into my ’95 BMW M3.

I have experience in project management, content and platform management, information architecture, configuration management, document and web design. I am familiar with HTML, CSS, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office. I am a highly organized, results focused and self motivated individual.
